  • Do You Clean Commercial Properties?
    Yes. We clean small to large commercial/business properties.
  • What Areas Do You Service?
    We cover the entire Denver market from Longmont to Castle Rock and Evergreen to Aurora.
  • What Are Your Hours?
    Our office hours are from 9am-6pm Monday - Friday, however our cleaning team hours are customized to your cleaning needs 24/7.
  • Are Your Services Per Hour Or Flat Rate?
    Both. Depending on your business needs we can clean one time at hourly rates or on a flat rated cleaning schedule.
  • Do You Require A Deposit?
    Yes, for larger projects with flat fee estimates, we require a 50% deposit.
  • Do You Offer Fire, Smoke, Water, Flood or Mold service?
    We do not, however we can recommend professionals who specialize in mitigation.
  • What Are Your Payment Options?
    You can pay by Cash (Residential Only), Check, Venmo, Paypal (through the friends and family option), Zelle, ACH transfer, Credit Card or Debit Card. We will need to hold a credit card for any service. There are no additional charges if you pay by check. If you pay by ACH, credit or debit card, a third party processing fee of 3.99% will apply.
  • How Does Your Staff Enter My Business?
    We require access through a key or FOB card to allow our team to clean your facility.
  • How Will Your Staff Enter My Home?
    We'll create a custom plan for you and our cleaning staff. We can access keys from a lockbox or key pad, obtain keys from the front desk or management office (on-site). If you would like to issue us a key for future cleanings, it can be handed directly to your cleaner.
